• Love the Smokies and staying with us at Ela Campground? Leave your unit on site and come back every weekend.
• Early Check-In Friday. As early as 10am. Late Check-Out Sunday. As late as 6pm.
• No set up and take down- we just ask that you un-plug your trailer when your not here.
• If you want to stay extra days you can add them for only $15. Per day!
• No Premium rate for holidays. Your low monthly rate, and extra day charges remain the same.
• $299. Covers you per month. This figure includes applicable sales tax, and covers you for 30 days. There is no minimum or maximum number of months, but we ask that you let us know your plans so we can open up your site for availability.
Terms and conditions: $299. Fee is due on or before the 30 day anniversary date every month. This is based on up to a four-person occupancy. Extra persons are $25 per month. Offer is subject to available sites, and management reserves the right to end this promotion at anytime. Violation of park policies and rules can cause early termination of an individual camper with no refund. No refunds for early departure.

POLICIES
Minimum stay for camping cabins is 2 nights. RV rentals have a minimum stay of one week. Holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum stay for camping cabins, and campsites. Entire amount of stay is due at time of booking. Discounts are not valid for holiday periods. No two discounts can be used together Rates are based on up to four persons per / site. Rates are subject to change at anytime. A site rate is not guaranteed unless booked and paid for. NO Refunds.
Riverside Sites when available are 25% more

Subject to availabiity, not for holidays, cannot be used with any other discount and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Deposits and Cancellations
The full amount of your reservation is paid at time of booking. Campsite cancellations more than 48 hours from date of arrival will receive 100% refund less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund less a $25 processing fee. There is no refund for a less than 24 hour notice or a no show. Camping Cabins and Rental Trailers cancelled 2 weeks or longer prior to the date of arrival receive a 75% refund. Less than one to two weeks prior notice is a 50% refund. Less than a week prior notice there is no refund.

Ela Campground has a large campfire circle. Individual campfires must be above ground and contained.
