GROUP POLICIES
• Only deposited bookings (50% due at time of reservation) can be confirmed and guaranteed.
• Balance must be paid in full by 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy — 30 days or longer 100% refund less a 10% processing fee; 14 to 29 days 50% of deposit plus a 10% processing fee; 7-13 days 25% refund of deposit plus a 10% processing fee; 0-6 days no refund.
• For a group rate there needs to be at least 18 persons.
• Groups check in after 2 pm and check out by 11 am.
